TOPO-TA Simple Cloning This product adopts the principle of Topoisomerase I (Topoisomerase I), which is different from the traditional cloning method using T4 DNA ligase. It can efficiently connect DNA fragments in minutes or even in seconds. The length of the effective ligation fragment can reach 10 kb. In addition, this product has no self-connection, zero background, no blue-white spot screening, a high percentage of positive clones, and very few empty vectors. It is a simple, fast, zero-background-free TOPO TA cloning vector. The pTOPO-T Simple vector in this product does not contain multiple cloning sites on both sides of the cloning insertion site. Users can introduce appropriate restriction sites through PCR amplification primers when preparing inserts according to their own needs. In this way, the subsequent digestion reaction will not be affected by other digestion sites on the pTOPO-T Simple vector, increasing the success rate. At the same time, this product provides a 1 kb DNA fragment (1 kb Control) as a positive control for the ligation reaction.
